How do you know your size to get

If you look midway down this product page you will see our detailed size chart to help you check your measurements against those of our wraps. One measurement should be taken with an unwrapped closed fist measured over top of your knuckles from the side of your pinkie to the side of your index finger. The other measurement should be taken around your wrist. Use these measurements so you can see where on this sizing chart you would fit. If your measurements are on the high end of the size, I would recommend going up to the next highest size.

Is there any quick wraps that support the thumb to?

Currently we do not offer any gel wraps that offer support to the thumb as well.

Do you need to have one size larger gloves to accommodate these hand wraps?

no i have very large hands and they fit correct

The Quick wraps have been noted as offering a snug fit especially in the finger tips. We do recommend sizing up if you find your hands to be slightly larger than average size.
