Would this be too small for a 3-4 year old?

The Go & Grow Unicorn is age graded for children 1-3 years and measures 15.50”L x 22.00”W x 16.00”H.

My daughter got this for her birthday and my brother-in-law put it together incorrectly. Is there a way to get two extra caps for the back wheel?

Please contact our Consumer Service Team for assistance at (800) 321-0183. Thank you!
