Just as expected: brand new. After browsing through many different boots for our 4 year old, I came across these. Now, she has a set - boots, 3T raincoat, and umbrella - that encompass this exact pair of boots. (The old boots are her go-to shoes, so I'm glad we got them big, since she wore them down to oblivion.) Unfortunately, these new boots were FAR above what I wanted to pay for them. I had to decide whether to purchase the boots that I felt were overpriced which matched her set or to get a mismatched set for less. That being said, I went ahead and placed the order on 08/25. Later that day, I found a different set that were a similar pattern and about $20 cheaper, so I sent a request to cancel the order. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I initiated a cancellation again. I didn't get a response from the seller until AFTER the item had shipped on 08/29. That being said, my daughter's already seen the boots and gotten attached.
