Not great for all situations but small enough to shove in the tackle box so I think it’s worth it. Great for bluegill and carp or anything with a small mouth that likes to swallow the hook and you can’t get the pliers in there. I’ve taken it on about 4 trips now and it’s saved a handful of fish from me having to cut the line and leave the hook in the mouth or risk ripping their insides out. I feel like the direction of the curved tip makes getting it on the line not very intuitive, but maybe it would be easier for someone who is left handed. It does come with 4 so share with friends or keep spares at home.

Finally I found it my UPS box. It’s good, I am happy with that.

Not overly impressed with these. They have very small ends to grab around the hook so do not work on larger hooks only very small ones. Would not buy again

These things work great! I crimp the barbs but sometimes still need these.

These fish hook removers are really awesome. Where were these when I was young and did not want to touch the fish! They are better than using pliers and easier than using pliers. They are also smaller so they fit in your pocket really well. They’re made of stainless steel so they’re very durable and long lasting. Very good quality. Perfect for any avid fisherman.
