It's pretty rare to find this form in drops, but if you do they most likely will have a relatively high dose per drop and various other ingredients added into the formula. This is a great product. The adenosylcobalamin form provides unique positive effects for me personally, and the ability to conveniently dose as small as 75mcg (1 drop) makes it extremely flexible for different use cases. The ingredient list is also as simple as it gets, purified water and adenosylcobalamin. It's pretty rare to find this form in drops, but if you do they most likely will have a relatively high dose per drop and various other ingredients added into the formula.
