Got this to help my cousin with lower back pain from sitting for extended periods at work and he said it’s been helping him a bit and it definitely makes it more comfortable to sit for so many hours during work. The pillow holds its shape pretty well, he’s been using it since it arrived and even after sitting on it for hours at a time since getting it, the pillow still hasn’t lost its shape or flattened out. It does squish down a bit while sitting on it but that’s to be expected when you have all your weight pressing down against it but then as soon as you get up it puffs back to its original shape almost instantly. It’s a super good addition to have for your chair if you work in an office or work from home and are sitting at your desk for hours at a time, it’ll definitely help.
