Great product and purchased around 13 pieces for my residence and accessible from any part of the world

The unreliability makes it completely unsuitable as a light switch
I was initially pleased with the Switch as it looked sleek and was easy to install, especially with no neutral wire required. After working fine for just a couple of days, the switch started behaving erratically. It would work intermittently, randomly failing to respond to touch, the app, or Alexa voice commands. Over time, the problem got worse until it eventually stopped working altogether. Resetting, reconnecting to WiFi, and reconfiguring the app made no difference. Having to troubleshoot a wall switch constantly defeats the whole purpose of “smart” home automation. I would not recommend this product and regret purchasing it.

جميل المنتج اخذته لوحده وعندي مجموعه من قبل في البيت صار هذا المنتج على برنامج مختلف عن المجموعه القديمه الي عندي في البيت انتبهو من هذي النقطه ، لاكن المنتج جميل ولو اخذتو كامل المجموعه من نفس المنتج افضل لتوحيد البرنامج

الفيش رهيب
الفيش ممتاز ويدعم كهربنا بالسعودية ولكن حسب كهربك اذا فيه نيوترل او لا وكل واحد وله طريقته (انصحك تجيب كهربائي) وبشرح لكم بالتفيصل المشاكل الي بتواجهك اذا ما استعنت بكهربائي: اولاً بتحصل مع الفيش مكثف صغير بتستغرب منه صح؟ المهم هذا تستخدمه اذا كان الكهرباء عندك مافيها سلك نيوترال (السلك البارد) لذلك مضطر انك تحط المكثف بنفس طريقه المخطط بحيث يكون جهه مشبوكه فيها الحار والجهه الثانية البارد. ثانياً اذا كان عندك سلك نيوترال (بارد) اتبع نفس الخطوات بس بدون ماتحط المكثف لانك لو حطيته بتلاحظ ان اللمبات تنور او الجهاز يشتغل بشكل ضعيف وهذا يخرب عليك الاجهزه مع الزمن. ثالثاً اذا واجهت مشاكل بربط الافياش مع التطبيق طف الكهرباء وشغلها من السكين (يعني تسوي له ريستارت ما اعرف اذا في طريقه ثانيه له او لا). بالتوفيق لكم والأفياش ممتازه وتقدر تحط له مؤقت بحيث تشتغل بوقت معين. مميزات مع اليكسا: -تقدر تطلب من الكسا يطفي ويشغل زر معين وتقدر تطفيهم مع بعض. -تقدر تسوي مجموعه بحيث انك تجمع كذا فيش مع بعض وتقدر تتحكم فيهم كلهم. بالتوفيق لكم.
