Great for recovery
I am a regular gym goes and heavily into weight training. This is by far the best product to alleviate the muscular soreness post weight or even cardio training sessions. Must buy for serious fitness enthusiasts. Huge plus to see Virat Kohli rave about the features in the ad 😊

Poor quality ! Stopped working and the screws and plastics broken inside itself ! Comparitively it’s an very imported premium product and costlier but worst product life

Appareil anglais inutilisable. Après la charge initiale de 4h j'ai appuyé sur le bouton ON. Résultat : rien. Immédiatement retourné (merci à Amazon pour son SAV exemplaire). J'ai commandé ensuite un appareil chinois 2 fois moins cher.

UPDATED: they sent me a faulty product but got replaced
This is an updated review: I initially bought this via Amazon UK and the product turned out to be faulty - it didn’t turn on. I only noticed this when I went to Turkey because it was a gift and I didn’t open the package until then. Afterwards I sent multiple complaints to Hyperice UK and Hyperice Turkey initially refused any support, because the distributor company isn’t the same as of the one in the UK. Somehow they communicated with each other and agreed to replace my faulty product. The Hyperice Turkey team performed and excellent customer service through chat and were always responsive. They also replaced the item swiftly. All in all: 5 Star to Hyperice Turkey but 1 Star to the supplier of this Amazon product. Because it seems that most of the 1 star reviewers complained about the same issue. They should not send faulty products.
