La uso per praticare streetlifting, e quindi per collegarla alla cintura dove aggiungere carico alle dips e alle trazioni. La daisy chain, essendo piĆ¹ leggera di una catena, ed avendo anche diversi ganci per attaccare il moschettone, ĆØ perfetta a questo scopo. Ć anche molto piĆ¹ resistente di una catena. Io sono di statura bassa e quindi per me ĆØ un po' lunga, ma si puĆ² benissimo regolare con facilitĆ e comunque devo scalare di un solo gancio per averla esattamente all'altezza con cui mi trovo piĆ¹ comodo.

I use these for my elastic band work outs and use with my gymnastics rings for simple exercises. Adds multiple attachment points for each exercise. Strength is more than enough. So well made and strong I would use to climb rocks.

I bought this for my gym use. Works very well as intended and length was perfect. Quality is top notch, was able to hold 365lbs on the smith machine. Glad i bought this for my training. Great value!
