Nice quality engine cam timing kit.
Nice quality engine cam timing kit. It has the basic tools needed to perform a timing chain replacement or or timing repairs. If you work on Mercedes you need this kit.

Wrong size big headache
Cam holder is not correctly sized and lets camshaft move when applying pressure and the second problem is the socket isn't deep enough to fit the oil control valve tips, so now I have to replace them because the tips broke off which set me back on completion of this job. What a nightmare buyers beware if you have a 2013 c250 1.8t. This WILL NOT WORK period

Cam phaser remover tool not strong enough
Tool is the worse thing ever. Wouldn’t recommend it had to purchase the proper set for the M271 engine on the Mercedes c250 1.8 due to the exhaust side bending outward not strong enough at all. But the socket works great. It did work for removing the intake side and yes I did use the proper wrench to hold the cam while removing the phasers but still didn’t hold up. I’ve done many m271 evo engine with no problems in the last few months but for some odd reason this tool didn’t hold up. It slipped not good.
