始めてしばらくは肺が筋肉痛でした。 呼吸筋、横隔膜のトレーニングは色々やりましたが、 ずば抜けて続けやすいです。 アプリのレッスンメニュー通りにやるだけですし、 やった日や時間を記録してくれるので、飽きずに続けられます。 アプリの質が高いですね、機能的にも、UI,UX的にも。 リラックスするためのマインドフルネスがあるところも気に入っています。 ペットボトルを吸う練習は3日で飽きましたが、 これは一月つづいています。 楽しくてやっていたらラン、水泳、バイク時の呼吸は楽になりました。 吸気と排気の両方を鍛えられる点が珍しいですし、 それぞれ負荷を調整できるところもいいです。 欲をいえば、もっと高い負荷が欲しいですが、 布などで覆うことで負荷を増やすこともできるので、 不満というほどではないです。 それと、鼻栓はあったほうがいいと思います。 私は480円くらいのものを使っています。 この製品は安い金額ではないので、鼻栓くらいつけてくれてもいいのに、とは思いました。 高かったですが、満足しています。 繰り返しになりますが、アプリの出来が良いです。

If cost is not a concern for you, this could be a great addition to your health regimen, but for those on a tighter budget, it might be worth exploring more budget-friendly alternatives.

El producto llega en una caja sin instrucciones y, en mi caso, llegó sin el chip necesario para activar la aplicación. Tampoco viene el cable que se supone es necesario para cargar la batería interna, pues, insisto, mi aparato solo tiene la carcasa,.sin chip y sin pila.
