Great taste, fills fast
I had a major name brand RO system in a previous home because of high nitrates. In our current home, we have decent tasting city water, with a great water softener. After watching some documentaries, I sprung for added an RO to our kitchen. What I love: 1.) Very easy to install (I am handy; the instructions are good; hoses are color-coded. 2.) Great tasting water - use it for drinking and cooking. 3.) Fills fast! 8 cups in 30 seconds. See the video. 4.) Haven't had to descale my tea pot that is used daily for the last 7 month. Used to be monthly. 5.) Use the water in my CPAP machine instead of DI water. Saves money!

I can finally drink my sink water!
I live in a place with ridiculously hard water... I want to say it was around 600 ppm calcium the last time I checked, but the water from the faucet (or the filtered water from my fridge) tasted like chlorine and dirt. I did a lot of research on RO systems, and although there are cheaper systems out there, I settled on this one for several reasons. One of the biggest appeals to me was that it uses a lot of hoses and connectors instead of a manifold. If a manifold leaks, you're usually SOL. But if a connector leaks, I can just buy a new connector. The filters last longer than many other models, they're super easy to change, they aren't that expensive, and they are completely self contained (not inserts like many cheaper models used). Additionally, this system is extremely efficient, thanks in part to their filter design and also the inclusion of a permeate pump. Installation was a breeze. They include all the hardware you need, and it's great quality stuff. The only thing I had to buy separate was a 1/2" diamond bit so I could drill a hole in my granite counter top. Aside from that, I just followed the instructions, and had this and the fridge hooked up in under 2 hours. It took another 2.5ish hours to flush the system twice as the instructions direct. Water pressure out of their included faucet is great! Takes only 3-4 seconds to fill up a glass of water, and the water TASTES AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this product.

EASY HOOK UP!
Update 8/17/24: still going strong! Love this system, changed the filters today and wanted to update this review! Fantastic system, water is pure and clean for the Las Vegas mock water in the tap and this system delivers ultra clean better than bottle water can ever deliver. Highly recommended for years of reliability and dependable clean water. I Just Hooked up the system today and it was not difficult at all, it took about half a day because of drilling into a stainless steel sink, drilling holes through cabinets to get the line to Fridge plus I wanted to be sure everything was done right by reading the manual(not the best) and watching the different YouTube videos(very helpful). I had to run to Home depot and grab a few couplings for my Fridge hook up and some extra Tubing because what they gave me was not long enough but I hope the home depot tube will hold up and not have any issues. Overall great system to hook up, I will update this review in a few days once we taste the difference 1/29/19: wow what a difference! Love the system, amazing quality for this Las Vegas Pond water. See photos. If you search my reviews you will see my APEC review but the home Master blows it away! Having the replaceable canister/filter is way better then APEC, with APEC replacement filters you unscrew the canisters and pop new filter in the canister but I would always find a slime coating inside the canister but with the Master system you just unscrew the filter with the built in canister and replace it...brilliant! No more cleaning out slime on my old apec system. Water tastes crystal clean and delicious and when on vacation I donโt have to worry about some cheap Chinese part breaking and having water everywhere. Master is made in the USA and itโs quality all around, very easy to install and NO tube cutting(cutting tubes is a nightmare for leaks, if you have to cut tubes use a brand new knife and make sure itโs a perfect cut or it will leak). Thank you Home Master! Itโs well worth the extra money.

Life Changing
Life changing may sound like an extreme headline to use but it literally changed our life for the good. We moved into our new house 4 months before we bought this system and found out that we had really hard water. We had never experienced hard water before and ended up buying a water softening system to take care of that problem. We knew we were using sodium (salt) to treat the water and soften it but we were reassured by the company that installed the softener that there would be no negative heath issues with using a softener and drinking the softened water. After drinking the water for a few weeks we began to feel sick, sluggish, and constantly thirsty. After doing some research online we found out we had a big problem and were taking in tons of sodium from the softened water and it was possibly causing our health issues. We found out that we could fix this by installing a reverse osmosis system and after much research decided on this system. It was a little more expensive than some of the others but the reviews were very positive. We received the unit and installed it VERY easily. The directions were very clear and we did not need a professional to come install it. IMMEDIATELY we could tell a difference in our water. All of the previous health issues that we were experiencing before, went away and are no longer an issue. So we wondered how bad exactly the water was. We bought a T.D.S. tester with this system and was shocked by how bad our tap water was, and how good the water this system produced was. Our softened tap water was giving us totals of 314-345 which is considered "Marginally Acceptable" drinking water. Using this RO system we consistently get levels at 14, which is considered "Ideal Drinking Water". The water is so good tasting that we have actually brought gallons of it with us on trips. All of our friends that have come over to the house notice how good the water tastes and ask about this specific system. Besides the good taste and improved health benefits, there are three other things that we have really liked about this specific system. 1) The pump on this system makes getting water quick. We were hesitant about and RO system because we have gone to friends houses and experienced a slow stream of water that took forever to fill up a cup. With the reserve tank and pump on this system, we can fill up a 16 ounce glass in around 5 seconds. You don't have to wait for water...we love this especially when we have a lot of people over to our house. 2) The filters only have to be changed out yearly, rather than every couple of months. I was curious about this since we drink a lot of water in our house. We have six people in our family, plus we use this water for our fish tank, our dog, our goats, and our chickens. Would the filters really last that long? I used the T.D.S. meter throughout the whole year and continued to find the same levels. When it was a year, the filters were easy to order and install ourselves. 3) The customer service of this manufacturers of the product. I cannot say enough about how professional they are and out quick they were to respond. We had an issue with water not coming out as fast after we replaced the filters. When you have water that comes out at a certain pressure and you end up going to water that comes out drastically slower, it was a big deal. We contacted the manufacturer for help and immediately they were on the ball trying to pinpoint where the problem was. The problem was found and they backed up their product. I cannot say enough about how happy we were with their customer service. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. I know this is a lengthy review, but I found it necessary to lay out all the reasons I gave this specific product and company a 5 star review. We have had this product for a year and a half now and are COMPLETELY satisfied with it and would absolutely recommend it. Water is something we drink and put into our coffee and food on a daily basis, so having clean, good tasting water is a must....this product is a life changer!

Amazing water filtration system
When I ordered this, I didn't realize how great of a product I would be getting. After experiencing the amazing flow rate this system provides, I will never consider buying a tankless system again. I'm able to fill even my cooking pots quickly. The water it produces tastes great. The system re-mineralizing the water after it's filtered, an important step that many filtration solutions don't take. I love having the full system under the sink so that only the water spout is visible. Installation was easier than I thought, and I was even able to hook up the refrigerator water supply line (for making ice) to the system so that it's filtered. Beyond all that, it's quiet and out of sight / out of mind. Just clean, clear, tasty water. I highly, highly recommend this product!

Home Master TMAFC-ERP-L Artesian Full Contact RO
Started it up and ran through the startup procedure. The first couple of days the water wasn't clear and lets say it had bubbles in the water. This is only the third day so I need to give it a few more days. The taste is not bad, but it was never bad to start with for well water. The well water has always been very clear and we have been using it for almost 60 years. But I had a well tank go bad so I had to wait for a new one and then use it for a week before I put this unit in and use it.

The water is simply delicious!
I have had other RO systems and they were okay, but this system is on another level. I have had it for over 3 years now and we still talk about how fantastic the water tastes. You know you have great drinking water system when your kids are constantly raving about it when they get home from a friendโs house or a trip. They canโt wait to drink some. My daughter just left for college and she wants someone to bring her our water. Then just the other day my son says, โDadโฆ.when I get a house you have to show me which water filter to get, our is the bestโ. The system does require a bit of skill to install. They do have videos to help. Some people complain that the filters are expensive to replace but itโs really affordable considering other RO systems. The membrane is 3-5 year and the others are once a year. Some systems are six months. Now this all depends on usage. This system also comes with a permeate pump which saves water and helps the membrane to last longer. Itโs also fills the tank much faster. I also have been home brewing beer with this water. I can tell you it makes a big difference having quality water for beer. My beers have come out fantastic and I know this water is a huge part of that. So as you can tell I highly recommend this system. You will not be disappointed. The water is simply delicious

This RO system works great!
We have had our Home Master TMAFC-ERP-L Artesian Full Contact RO System installed since Feb 2019. During the last 5 years it has provided us with some of the best drinking and cooking water possible. We chose the artesian system to add minerals and flavor back into the water. Our previous commercially maintained RO systems water tasted flat compared to the Home Master. My wife drinks a lot of water daily and likes the taste. Our system is also plumbed into our refrigerator providing cold RO drinking water and crystal clear ice. Maintenance has been simple. Change the filters annually and the membrane every 5 years. It is a simple task. Just watch a video and follow the enclosed directions. I have not had any leaks, just ensure all connections are pushed in tightly together. I was able to install and mount the entire system on a wall in our basement below the kitchen sink. Not installing the system in the cabinet under the kitchen sink maintained all the space. The only thing I would say is negative is that you can hear the permeate pump cycling. Ours is also mounted in the basement. It's not extremely loud, but it is noticeable in a quiet house. Their customer service has been great even if you purchased it on Amazon. It is awesome that they are a small American company in AZ. Not a made in China product. Bottom line is that we have been very pleased with our Home Master system and would highly recommend Home Master products.

Really good taste, long lasting system
We have the city's water supply. It's okay, but we do get at least 4 times a year a warning to boil the water. So we installed this system about 2 years ago. We've changed the filters once a year (real easy to swap them). The water tastes really good. With the tank, the water pressure is perfect... it takes just a few seconds to fill a bottle or a glass. And the supplied faucet means we can get at the filtered water without using the main faucet. My wife and I are drinking this water all day through, which has had a positive impact on our overall health. Any CONS? Well, the system did take a few hours to install... I had to take my time to make sure those tubes were properly inserted in each filter. But once you get it, it's not that complicated. Since then, it's worked perfectly.

Good system
Seems pretty good to me so far. It was a little bit of puzzle figuring out where to mount everything but after I got it mounted and flushed i haven't had any problems since.

Great Product
Easy to install. We live in the country where our water is supplied by a drilled well (96 ft). Our mineral content without the RO system was 700 parts. per million. With this system it is 50 parts per million
