I bought it for my 5 year old son so he can carry his Epipen with him at all times as he is starting school shortly. The velcro is easy to adjust and fits him now and will fit him as he grows older. He can hide the belt easily under his school shirt and I don't think he'll have any trouble getting used to it being there; he thinks it's pretty cool to be able to carry his own Epipen and I think that's empowering for him with regard to his nut/tree nut allergy. Postage to Australia was very dear (a slow boat would have been fine and cheaper), but there is nothing like this product available here (hint, hint, Aussie retailers!). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Helpful but could be more comfortable. *by M***E on September 16, 2013* I bought this for my 12 year old son so he could have his pens on him without it being cumbersome. He went to a football game and kept them on the whole time.
