Both went well. Each rack requires 4 holes. The holes are exactly 10mm in diameter. To make the drilling easier, I started with an 8 mm concrete drill bit and then widened each hole with a 10mm bit. In one case, I was only able to install 3 of the 4 screws (long story, but no fault of the rack). Even so, just with 3 screws holding it, it is secure.
