Why doesn’t a 50mg tablet weigh 0.05 gram on mine? Mine shows .125 gram instead!

The 5mg is the weight of theactive ingredient. There are binders, coating, etc that make up the remainer of the weight.

Does anyone know how to disable the auto off feature?

No I just take batteries out and flip one dumbest thing ever they should just let you turn it off

What's the smallest weight the scale will register? and the smallest weight it'll accurately weigh?

This scale will easily detect 10 mg. But the reading seems to change by about 1 or 2 mg. My guess is that it is only accurate to about 1 or 2 mg. I use it to measure things in the range 50 to 500 mg or higher. It works very well for that. I don't have a scientific balance to compare it with. But that's my best guess. Hope that helps.

Why does say it weighs miligrams when it only weighs grams?

If you set the THINKSCALE scale to weigh in grams, the display reads out to 3 decimal places. So if you put your item on the scale and it reads out, for example, 0.250 grams, that would be 250 milligrams. It seems to be accurate only to about 2 milligrams. The readings for the same item vary by about 1 or 2 milligrams. That' pretty good for such a small, inexpensive device.
