Is the one that is by temperature is it a speed cube?

It is by temperature but it is not a speed cube. The more you handle it, the more the colors show.

What age is this for?

It's for age 4, 11, 17, 35, 49, 51, 72, 73, and 95. I would strongly advise against anyone handling the cube whose age is not on this list.
