Super quality and worth the price! Very durable and It's the perfect size! It's very flexible and comforms to pretty much any part of your body unlike other ice packs! I also love that it comes in different colors since most things for pain relief usually don't. I got the purple one and it's such a pretty lavender color! The coldness also lasts way longer than the ice packs with the beads that I would normally get so it offers much longer pain relief. Honestly reminds me of the big professional ones they use at my physical therapy.

I love this! I have a lot of lower back pain. This helps and I love that it stays good and cold for some time. I would say about three hours. I have not used the straps but they appear to be very well made. I have had cortisone shots in my back and just recently had some nerves burned. He told me it will take 3 to 4 weeks to feel the full effect. If this doesn’t relieve the pain, I will be purchasing another. Great for pain relief and I feel it is also a great value for its size and its versatility with the straps.

Quality is great. It’s stays cold. I have the Large & that’s perfect for my knee & I’m a small framed woman.

Worked great on back fracture. Belt could be larger around waist but I used it in a chair . Keep the cold for decent time too

This is an excellent ice bag. The strong Velcro strap is a good length for small people up to large people. I weigh 170 and if it fits around my waist easily, but I don’t believe you will be able to use the Velcro to secure it if you’re larger than probably size 14. It easily wraps around your back your shoulder, your hips and it’s very well-made and it helps my pain significantly.

Package received on time and good condition. Removed and inspected ice pack, no defects. Good design. Average thickness. Placed ice pack in enclosed bag ,per instructions and placed in freezer. Removed one hour layer and placed on my very sore knee. Very flexible. Very easy to use. Helps with the pain from shots today. Highly recommend and will purchase another to do both knees together.

A must for knee surgery! I rarely write reviews but wow, this product was a no brainer. I had a meniscectomy last week and bought this last minute, it arrived the day of the procedure. It’s so incredible that I bought another one the next day for the “good” knee that I will also need surgery on. I’ve now been using both at the same time. The soft side is perfect and can easily be flipped over to extend the usage time. The ice pack has a loop with velco but honestly depending on what’s the best for you, most of the time I wrap my knees half hazardly, and ignore the plastic loop, and only use the velco. They are so user friendly. Small tip, try to keep a small refrigerator close by to keep them in and that way they are always ready and can be switched out one at a time. Quality and actually stays cold longer than I expected..love that it’s extra layered so it doesn’t hurt the skin and the size of it is actually perfect for backs

Brilliant. Great for wrapping round back, stomach, knee, arm. Anything that anyone in the house bumps or hurts this comes out. It has a nice velvet soft side so fine again direct skin. Every home should have in the freezer much better than a bag of peas. Stays cold for a long time too. Elastic Velcro strap is nice length too would fit around people of all sizes, children and very large men.
