A: these ecliares were filled with a  cream colored cream.  Chocolate on top.  pastry light with a slight crispiness.  I thought they were "authentic" in taste and texture and delicious.

These eclairs grew on me. When I held the first one, I was not impressed with the thickness of the choux pastry. However, due to the generous amount of the filling, the pastry had to have that thickness. The chocolate topping was delicious. I just ate my last eclair and have come to the conclusion that they were wonderful.

These are the best ever had,really. They are huge and very tasty. They arrived in the dry ice and still frozen. Just let them defrost and enjoy. WILL BUY AGAIN!
