it’s the best shampoo that I have used in a long time. My bottle caps were not broken. Unlike some of the other reviewers however, the shampoo did leak out a little bit. Ultimately these need to be packed better before shipping and that is extremely evident by all of the reviews otherwise I’m almost positive this product would have closer to five stars. I think this is my new favorite shampoo as a low porosity, wavy x curly, coarse hair girl.

This has been my go to shampoo & conditioner for years! I was so excited to see it come as a set on Amazon, but the last two times I ordered it one of the bottles came broken :( I will be using it by unscrewing the cap but some of the product leaked out, so a little disappointed. The scent is so good and the product works great, I will still probably order again and just keep my fingers crossed that it doesn’t come broken next time!
