Its abundant in referral information to keep clients aware of the step-by-step procedures. It helps me sleep comfortable at nights when I ethically must deny active participation in wealth management requests by desperate prospective clients.

This book is written simply, and has excellent review questions in the back of the book. It is a general book of knowledge and is not specific to a particular state. The physical weight of this book is quite heavy for me. I use a homemade book holder when I read it, and I pull the book along on a wheeled, tote carrier when I take it to class. I find this book is a great companion to another book titled, "Wills, Trusts, and Probate Law for Paralegals," by Pamela Gibson.

I am just starting my class so I can not give an opinion just yet. However, the one thing that got me was the fact that the book did not come with a product/access code for the online component of the book, despite the fact that I bought the book new. That was a bummer for me.

We are using this book in my probate class. Its easy to understand. The review questions are pretty good for me because I can usually answer them without flipping back to look up the information -- well, 85% of the time! This book I will keep because I find it useful.

Simply put it's a book for classes with nothing really exciting about it. The wording and the chapters are very dry and boring. If it wasn't for the fact that I need it for class I would never own it.When I received this book the corner was completely soaked and I had to slowly pull the pages apart one at a time for about 200 pages in the first chapters.

Book was ok- and used for a Summer Law class. Book itself was pretty beaten and worn out. There is some useful information but for our region alot of the terms and laws did not necessarily apply.
