As someone who trains regularly, coaches, and spends a lot of time in Arizona heat, I’m always looking for hydration products that actually do their job without feeling overloaded with sugar or tasting like candy. What stood out to me with this product was that it felt more balanced than many traditional sports drinks. The electrolyte formula includes magnesium and additional ingredients intended to support hydration and mental clarity, which initially caught my attention. After using it consistently, I appreciated both the convenience and the way I felt afterward. I noticed good hydration support during workouts and long coaching days, and the flavors were enjoyable without becoming overwhelming. Excellent electrolyte replacement
I love these clean electrolyte packets. Taste better than liquid IV. They provide better, longer lasting energy without caffeine (so no crashes later in the day). They mix very well in water without needing a blender or even a blender ball. I don't care for the lemon lime flavor, but the others are great. I don't notice a huge change in focus, but I don't have focus issues anyway. Highly recommend!

Love these! Perfect to keep in my purse and have handy to throw in a water bottle. I live where it gets extremely hot and humid.So these are life saver!

20 variety pack IQ mix hydration powder sticks
I wanted to give these IQ hydration powder drinks a try, so I was excited to purchase these in the 20 piece variety pack. The delivery of this was quick, and I did try the peach mango flavor first. It’s a bit salty, but the flavor and texture was good. The powder dissolved completely, so this was nice. As for how it made me feel, I have yet to determine that. I only tried it once, but I will continue to take them in hopes it gives me the energy I need for work.

Flavor tastes like candy
Good price for the amount of packets you get. Mixes well. Flavor is definitely a fake sugar taste though. Reminds me a skittles candy. I’ll drink them, but won’t purchase again.
