I only use these for a RockShox AXS dropper post, not shifting, but yesterday (I've been using these for several months) I found that my dropper post wasn't actuating every time. When I examined everything, I found that on two of my batteries, the little tab on the bottom had broken off and so the battery was wobbly in there and the contacts were sometimes making contact, sometimes not. I'm not sure if this is an issue only with these off-brand batteries but from the two with the broken tab, it appears that the tab was glued in place and not part of the plastic casing. When not in use, the batteries are in their charger or have the red cover on them.
