They are compact for lunch boxes and don't need to worry about other kids allergies. She loves them seeds and all. She usually finds issue with textures in food but it doesn't bother her at all. This good because she gets the added benefits from the seeds. The birthday cake flavor is spot on. I am vegan and finding a good vegan rice treat is not an easy thing. I love these too.
