How do you blow it up? the tube was closed when I got it.

Pull out the tube and to blow simply bite the tube gently and start blowing air.

How do you deflate it

Remove the plug and roll it up, starting on the opposite end

Can you use dry ice instead of regular ice?

Haven't tried dry ice but would hesitant with the dry ice. I wouldn't want anyone to get burned.
