Quality material seems thicker than most not too thin the pillow stays extraordinarily cool. I love that. You can take the Phill out and get your customized size. I absolutely love it. It’s better than $100 pills that I’ve purchased now. I’ll just see how long they last until they collapses permanently, but so far so great.

Bought as a gift to my boyfriend. He loves these pillows. Great if you like a more firm pillow and to use for propping yourself up. Very sturdy. And one side actually stays colder.

I've now used these pillows for the past 2 weeks or so, and I can honestly say they're the best pillows I've ever bought for myself. I was a little skeptical, because I've seen how expensive some pillows can get...but these are incredible. I've always struggled finding the right balance of soft/firm, or even the right thickness - but being able to adjust the "fluffiness" to my preference, ease of washing, and them staying "cool" throughout the night is huge, especially for someone who tends to run hot at night. I can't speak to the shape retention quite yet, as I've only had them a couple weeks, but this far they haven't lost their shape at all. Overall, these pillows were an incredible bang for my buck, and my sleep quality has already improved.

Absolutely love these pillows. The cooling feature works great, and the shredded memory foam design is awesome because you can adjust the loft exactly how you want by taking some of the foam out. I actually removed enough filling that I was able to make an entirely new pillow with the extra foam, which felt like a bonus. Super comfortable, customizable, and great for staying cool at night.

I ordered king size, there was no extra form provided, the pillow size was smaller than expected and not adjustable, i would not recommend.
