A: I have used them in all different kinds of compound microscopes and I have a digital microscope - they’re are good slides. I would recommend them.

**Q: What are the 3 types of bacterial smears? Does it contain gram positive cocci, gram negative bacilli and spirochetes?**
A: The selection of 60pcs and 120pcs both contains the 3 types of bacterial smears (the No. 3 of 60pcs and the No. 38 of 120pcs). This slides contains cocci, bacilli and spirochetes.

**Q: does this contain any slides of the inner ear or retina?**
A: I just checked my box and for humans it has: Blood smear, skeletal muscle, oral epithelial cells, bone cell & small intestine...others are not human...so no...

**Q: does this kit have allium root or some other plant specimen that shows all the different phases of mitosis?**
A: according to the sheet that came with the kit, the answer is NO
