When I get the "normal" mixture, it is an effective light cleanser that leaves the face clean with minimal product use per wash. However, for whatever reason, on at least two different occasions, the soap inside was significantly different than what the normal blend is. For example, the current one I ordered looks like and feels like hand-soap. The website did not mention any changes to the soap so I'm not sure what is to account for these occurrences. So...word of warning to potential buyers that if you get the product that is "typical" you should be happy with it, but out of a year's worth of purchases you may get some considerable outliers in terms of product consistency. ### ⭐ Just like the previous review *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2017* Just like the previous review, this isn't the normal blend of face wash.
