I bought an iPhone 13 in Excellent condition. It certainly is. No marks or scratches to be found. The battery is at 86%. Also included was a UK usb a and usb c charger. A charging cable and a screen protector. This was supplied by Sandox Ltd through Amazon renewed. I would recommend this service.

My husband is a very frustrated android user - the times of day that he threatens to throw his phone out of the window I can’t number - so as I have been a very contented iphone user for some years I have finally convinced him to give an iphone a go. Knowing all of this and his lack of interest in phones and all that they can do in the right hands, I decided that it would be risky and possibly a complete waste of money to get him a lovely new 16e, although I was tempted. So I went to the other end - a refurbished phone from Amazon. I have had refurbished items before and on the whole they have been good and reliable. Which iphone to get him? I have the 13 Mini and love it (only really sad that this is the last Mini size that Apple are making), so decided to get him a 13. It has more than enough of all the capability that he will need and hopefully, if he doesn’t lose it, it will last a couple of years with the iphone updates. Having decided on the phone it was easy ordering it yesterday and it arrived today. It came in a plain black box, with a charging cable and the key for opening the sim tray. The description said that the phone was in excellent condition and having looked over it very carefully it does look in excellent condition. The battery health is 95% which is also good. So, so far so good - I hope this continues to be a good experience - the buying experience has been good, showing my husband how to use it and get the most out of it may well be a completely different experience!

Upd:After customer service approved return and seller received iphone back, I received message: “ We have received this item back and this device has severe damage to the screen as well as the screen completely detached from its body, I have attached photos for con-firmation. Due to the damage caused to the device, we would not be able to accept this return and are now required to return the item to you. I apologise if this is not what you wanted to hear.” Nonsense. Screen detached after 3 months. Non-genuine battery. Seller refused refund. The phone looked fine on arrival. However, from day one, iOS showed a warning that the battery could not be verified as genuine — no battery health percentage was ever displayed. I didn’t fully understand what this meant at the time. Three months later, the screen detached completely while my daughter was at school — no drop, no impact, just taken out of a pocket. The screen fell off and cracked at the corners, making the phone unusable. Once the screen came off, the non-genuine battery was clearly visible inside. I contacted the seller requesting a refund. They refused and offered only a repair — for a phone that was sold with undisclosed non-genuine parts and an improperly secured screen. This device was not properly refurbished. It was not as described. I would not recommend purchasing renewed devices from this seller.

Received the phone yesterday, next day delivery!! Even though it said a week, So far the only issue that I’ve noticed is that the sound is very muffled once it’s hit about half way up. Personally doesn’t bother me, but I know it would bother other people. Some have said about buttons not working so it was first thing I tested and worked fine - Got given a note about warranty. Overalll, decent quality & Price for a phone:).

We have bought 3 of these over the last 18 months as we have upgraded the family’s phones one by one, and have been delighted with them. They have looked as good as new - we went for the best condition option - and great peace of mind with the 12 month warranty. One phone had to be returned twice due to a battery issue, then a loose screen. On both occasions the phone was sent & returned by Saisales in under 5 days, & communication was excellent. For each communication, they got back to us in a couple of hours. Seems better service than buying a new phone! We are about to buy a 4th.

Came in 2 day (was expected 3 days) so i’m happy about the early delivery, battery health came in at 95% which is amazing, very simple and easy to set up, clean design very good size to carry in pockets, also condition came in nearly perfect, not a single flaw or scratch i could see which was unexpected, sound quality is so clear and camera quality is amazing, seems very strong and very durable and scratch resistant I wouldn’t worry about all the negative reviews for it if purchasing, never had a single issue even visible, also came with a free charger and wire, a key ring and a sim card opener which was very unexpected and good and comes with very good sturdy packaging

So far so good. The only issue is that I can't make phone calls: I've gotten an esim and have transferred everything over from my old phone, I can receive phone calls, and I can make and receive Whatsapp phone calls, but the regular phone function doesn't work. I am hoping that another visit to Vodafone will resolve this, otherwise I'll have to return it. But no complains about the handset: there a couple of very minor dents but it's otherwise pristine, the screen is scratch-free and looks new, the camera works great, and the battery is decent (it's clear that it's refurbished but it lasts about a day). Overall I'd say that while pricey, it was probably worth it. Glad there's a one-year guarantee in the event I can't get the phone function to work or it conks out for whatever reason!

Nachdem mein altes Smartphone den Geist aufgegeben hatte, entschied ich mich spontan für die Rückkehr zu Apple und habe mir hier beim günstigsten Angebot ein iPhone 13 im Zustand „Hervorragend“ gesichert. Vorab hatte ich den Verkäufer geprüft (eingetragener Kaufmann / e.K., also seriös) und mir sowohl positive als auch negative Bewertungen durchgelesen. Meine größten Sorgen lagen – wie so oft bei Refurbished-Geräten – beim Akku und dem äußeren Zustand. Lieferung & Erster Eindruck: Das Gerät kam sogar zwei Tage früher als angekündigt an. Äußerlich war ich direkt positiv schockiert: Rahmen, Rückseite und das originale OLED-Display sehen absolut fabrikneu aus – wie frisch aus dem Apple Store. Im Vergleich zu meinen früheren Erfahrungen bei bekannten Refurbished-Plattformen (wo ich trotz „Hervorragend“ oft Schrott mit deutlichen Kratzern bekommen habe) ist das hier eine ganz andere Liga. Bis auf einen minimalen Mikro-Kratzer am Lautsprecher, den man nur unter der Lupe erkennt, ist das Gerät makellos. Das absolute Highlight – Die Batterie: Die größte Überraschung kam in den Einstellungen: 100 % maximale Kapazität! Kein Hinweis auf ein Drittanbieter-Teil, sondern scheinbar ein originaler Apple-Akku. Bei einem Preis von knapp 300 € ist diese Top-Qualität fast schon absurd gut. Sämtliche Bedenken waren auf einen Schlag verflogen. (Kleine) Schattenseite: Das einzige Frustpotenzial liegt aktuell nicht beim Verkäufer, sondern bei Apple selbst: Meine Apple-ID ist wegen der Wiederherstellung noch gesperrt. Ich habe hier also ein nagelneues iPhone liegen, das ich wegen der Wartezeit noch nicht voll nutzen kann. Aber das gibt natürlich keinen Abzug für den Händler. Wichtiger Hinweis an alle Käufer (Realitätscheck): Ich hatte hier wirklich unfassbares Glück und habe eine echte Goldgrube erwischt. Dennoch sollte man realistisch bleiben: Refurbished-Händler sind laut Standard nicht verpflichtet, 100 % Akkukapazität zu liefern. Auch 80 % oder 85 % gelten branchenweit als völlig in Ordnung. Rechnet also nicht fest damit, dass jedes Gerät so perfekt ist wie meines. Wenn ihr Pech habt, schickt es einfach zurück – aber bei mir war es ein absoluter Volltreffer. Fazit: Normalerweise bin ich sehr geizig mit 5-Sterne-Bewertungen, weil dafür wirklich alles perfekt sein muss. Aber hier bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig: Top-Anbieter, blitzschneller Versand und ein Gerät wie neu. Jetzt muss sich das iPhone nur noch im Langzeittest beweisen!
