It works great and is very durable. It works great and is definitely worth the price. I love the fact that it is helpful for my autistic son. The vibration plate is comfortable. You can change the speed levels, use a timer and so much more.

I have used this for over two weeks and it is amazing. The ONLY reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the fact that the second time I tried using the resistance band one broke and came flying up at me severed and not fixable. So for that it loses a star, but the plate itself is wonderful. It is large enough so I feel sturdy on it. Great for blood circulation and my restless leg syndrome issues I was having all the time. Plug in, hit a button or two and off you go. Nice and easy. The remote is not hard to navigate and it does work well. Overall great plate and it shakes me pretty good even on the low settings. I am enjoying it.

Yessss. Call me lazy but call this amazing. First few sessions I itched like crazy. It was so awful I almost sent this back, but I Googled it and it was right the itch will stop after like 3 sessions. Anyway after the itch now day 6 I found a basic exercise video for the vibrating plate and I feel awesome. I'm in my 50's and 30 lbs over weight and not flexible at all. After 6 days I can bring my foot over the top of my knee and tie my shoes with ease. After only 6 days. Say what you may it is a very big deal for me. It helped my stress level which was remarkable. For me this is a game changer. I hate going to the gym thus the over weight. I found my self being overwhelmed by life and people thus the stress and tension that I was experiencing that was getting to be very depressing. I bought this to get rid of the weight and tone my body, but the added benefit of relieving stress put this product over the top for me. I highly recommend this game changer for an all over wellness experience and get the warranty. The machine is very sturdy. Depending how you stand on it, it may get a little loud but nothing to bad especially in the daytime. I live in an apartment so I dont get on it late at night. Other than that I'm still on level 1 and that works for me right now. I just started using the attachments today and I love them. Remote was great when doing the video. I will update my review in a month or so.

Great product I haven't lost weight but it makes me feel relaxed and helps with digestion

Works well for me on a daily basis. Sometimes, I use it twice a day. It helps knock out my quirks after a long night of sleep. Worth it.

Just received the vibration plate today 12/20/2025. Appears to work good. No triple A batteries came with it for the remote. Location of plug, sometimes interfer with exercise if you have weight of 250 or more. The plate will touch the plug and shut off. You have to push it back in and start again. Other than that it's a good vibration plate. And works well at shaking off the fat. You can set the tolerated time on the timer. Great work out!
