## Description

Blended in late summer when the roses are in full bloom and at their most fragrant, Rose Petal Black, also known as ‘Meigui Hong Cha’, combines rich Keemun tea and red rose petals. Keemun is a small leaf tea from the Qimen county of Anhui province, best known as the main ingredient for English Breakfast blends. Although there is a whole universe of rose varieties and flavors, we believe the ideal petals for combining with Keemun come from the red roses native to Qimen county. They have a distinct sweet, cooling aroma that lends great balance to the blend. Rose Petal Black pairs well with rich and slightly spicy foods. It also makes a delicious iced tea. One of our favorite recipes is to prepare a sauce from Rose Petal Black and serve it over vanilla ice cream.

**Q: Any one know is this tea organic too ?**
A: It’s tea   it’s organic   They don’t make synthetic tea

**Q: What is rose essence?**
A: This is a black tea blended with rose petals (lovely tea, and aroma) and , they have added, I think, some rose oil extract  of sort, almost to the point of it seems like a flavoring. I love Taylor's of Harrogate China Rose Petal Tea, it is delicate, but has a lovely rose scent ant taste. This to me was very strong, almost artificial tasting, but that is my personal opinion; I am an American with Scots/ Welsh/Cornish and Irish second generation relatives so I grew up with a lot of tea, and consume regularly!

**Q: It printed as net weight of 4,0 ounce brews 70 cups, how does that works, i am wondering how much should tea leaves i put into each 12 or 18 oz cup ?**
A: I use one teaspoon per cup in my teapot plus an extra teaspoon for the pot... Have no idea how much that means in oz... It's probably written on the box

**Q: What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?**
A: It's black tea. So,  there is caffeine,  but it is easier on your stomach than coffee.  The rose petals just add a light floral taste. I've bought this many times and love it.
