Lupini Beans 32 oz

They were a bit salty to begin with, but all you need to do is drain the water and replace it with fresh cold water. The replacement water pulls out just enough of the salt to make these beans really enjoyable. They taste just like the tremocos I enjoyed on Sao Miguel. I haven't seen any empty shells.

i like to use these in salads. i used to buy the cento brand locally but supplier stopped carrying them so i have to order online now. this brand is as good as any i have tried and the lupini beans have such a good flaver. i will be buying more soon.

First time trying them, interesting snack, I'd say overall good. However they're salty no more than chips would be, or salted nuts, if you have these in a day, make sure your sodium intake for other foods aren't too high.

I love lupini beans, eat all the time, for people like me, it`s clear that some batches are better than others, with slightly different tastes I already bot 3 pots of this brand. first a single one, was very good and then I got 2 at once. my mistake, because BOTH of them were the most sour lupini beans I have ever tasted.. The first bootle was so sour that I had to throw away, I wouldn`t mind, if the second bottle had the exact same taste, so I did a quick google research - VERY sour lupini beans = improper making = not cleansing the toxics properly. So I got a very bad product, and probabbly also toxic. Sure deserves one star for that

I have yet to see Lupini beans for sale in any of the grocery stores where I live. Happy to find these on Amazon,. I am on my third jar. FYI: All the ready to eat lupini beans I have ever had are in a salt water brine. I always rinse before serving. I do NOT replace the water in the jar.

Absolutely fantastic. I love lupini beans and these are as good as the best I have ever had. Delicious as a snack with ice cold beer or sangria. I've had several different brands of these beans and these rank among the best. I will definitely order these again!

Extremely salty, but if you rinse the beans in cold water for a little while before eating they are quite nice.

First tasted these in Palmela, Portugal. I elected not to take the lengthy route of boiling, draining, boiling, etc. I ordered these Lupini beans in a jar hopeful that they would be close to our delightful experience in Portugal. We were not disappointed. They taste exactly the same as the home-made ones we had throughout Portugal. We loved them with beer.
