I do not like to purchase anything edible from Amazon or their third party vendors since I had received a bunch of very bad products with no resolve. But Incan confirm these are legit and excellent. I would highly recommend this product for any one even children that have serious nasal and or sinus problems. Such as recurrent uri's, sinus infections. It truly did help decrease the frequency of my daughters infections. Have been using it about a year and it's made a difference. Highly recommend it to at least try it! Good luck!
