WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS & A GREAT WAY TO STAY HYDRATED
WHY I PURCHASED THIS: While browsing through one of my local health food stores I came across individual stick packs of these. Although there are more flavors available, there were only three at the time in the store. I picked one of each -- raspberry, orange, and grape. I wasn’t expecting much from them because I had tried so many other powdered vitamin/electrolyte stick packs over the years and never did find one I liked enough to purchase again. But I was willing to take a leap of faith on yet another brand after reading through its list of ingredients. I was happy with what I saw, and more importantly which ingredients I didn't see on the list. EXPERIMENTING WITH PROPER WATER MIXTURE: I tried the grape flavor first and loved it. I experimented a little with how much water to use and found the best combo for myself. I get a Venti size iced water (with extra ice) from Starbucks. It’s free, and the water is triple filtered, so you get even a better idea of the flavor you put in it. If you don’t like extra ice in your water then I recommend getting the Grande size iced water, otherwise it will be too diluted and it doesn't have much flavor if it's too diluted. I pour a stick pack (or 2 if I want extra flavor or recovering from a workout) into the water and shake it up after putting the lid on. It actually mixes through the water really well. If I have any doubt on that I just take a napkin, which is also free, and place it on top of the straw hole on the lid and shake it up more. Then there is no mess from shaking it. I put the straw in and am on my way. GREAT RE-HYDRATION: Not only is the taste great but the electrolytes are exactly what I need after a sweaty workout or time in the dry sauna. Stepping out of the sauna in the past left me a little light headed and dehydrated. I take this in with me now and I feel great when I get out of the sauna, although I double up with two packets in about 32 ounces of water when going into the sauna. FLAVOR COMPARISON: I decided to do a comparison on the other flavors before ordering a box of the flavor I liked most. I've included photos of how I made them the way I do when drinking them throughout the day while I'm not working out or in the sauna. (For workouts and sauna I use a 32-ounce Nalgene bottle with cold water and two stick packs.) Photos are of the three individual stick packs as well as what they look like as described using Venti size iced water from Starbucks. This is what I came up with after trying all three flavors I had. RASPBERRY: Super sweet, a little too sweet for me. It reminded me of the sweet syrup we’ve all had on snow-cones as kids. Although subtle, I could taste the sodium a little more than I did in the orange and grape. ORANGE: Sweet, but not too sweet. It tastes pretty good, however the after-taste is similar to the taste after biting into an orange rind – although not that bitter. I definitely prefer it over the raspberry because it is not too sweet. GRAPE: Sweet, but not too sweet. Perfect for me! A very subtle tartness keeps it from being too sweet. It tastes just like grape Kool-Aid (but without the sugar) and in my opinion is the best tasting vitamin/electrolyte powder I’ve EVER had. This was a no-brainer for me and I ordered a full box of grape here on Amazon. I received it as advertised from this seller (shipped through Amazon Prime) and have gone through the box within a week. Although I’m 100% sold on the grape flavor I will be trying other flavors as I come across individual packs of them while browsing through other health food stores.

Works well.
I don’t always get a lot of time to drink water at work. I definitely get dehydrated at times. I usually mix this in my 40oz Stanley cup. I personally wouldn’t mix with anything smaller because I think the taste would be too strong. It is a little tough to dissolve so trick is I fill the very top of my cup with ice and I use my metal straw to quickly stir the powder for about a minute that seems to work well. I’ve tried two flavors, the grape and lemonade. I like both but the grape has been go too there is no artificial aftertaste. I notice a huge difference at the end of the day when I drink one of these. I wouldn’t personally use more than one of these a day and I probably use them about 4 times a week. I highly recommend.

Convenient and Great Taste
This is my favorite brand of electrolyte water packs! The convenience of pre-portioned single serve packs is great for use when hiking or just busy. I have also used the loose powder version, but the convenience of the single serve portions are my favorite. It also doesn't have an artificial sweetener taste. I have been using this brand for several years!

You’ve tried the rest. Now try the BEST!
Ultima is ultimately the best electrolyte for your body. It has no sugar, no carbs and only the healthy ingredients that your body needs to recover from dehydration. Try it, you will not be disappointed! I have been using Ultima for 7 years - I’ve tried others, and no other electrolytes compare! Either they have sugar (unnecessary) or just terrible over processed ingredients. Ultima is the best, you’ll see! All their flavors are delicious! Watermelon and Blue Raspberry are my favorite! You can mix the flavors too, add to a smoothie or drink on its own. Enjoy!!

Obsessed with this!
A friend introduced me to this and I am a huge fan now. I always drink one serving before a hike and one during and they hydrate and energize me perfectly. The fact they have a good serving of magnesium makes a huge difference for cramping. And I absolutely love the flavor! Normally I can't stand drinks or powders with no sugar, but this is a huge winner! Delicious!
