I had the sore tummy in the first 2 days after having the tablets. Then according to the instructions, I only took 1-2 tablets in the third day. then I took 4 tablets from fourth to seventh days. I didn't loose any weight -same as my partner.

This product works. It’s not just water weight it real removal. If you want to detox gently this is the product for you! I was still able to go about my regular day! I recommend this product for anyone on a Plateau use this and it will get you off it. Not to mention you will feel renewed.

It helped us go to the restroom but doesn't seem like it's really detoxing? It doesn't give that sensation of being cleaned out. And when it hits, it hits lol so don't believe it saying it's gentle enough while working haha didn't notice anything about weight loss. We exercise regularly and drank plenty of water. So idk but if you're looking for something to make you go to the bathroom several times a day until noonish then this is the product for you!
