I got they Grey and Black Big and Tall 400lb Gaming chair. Finding a quality chair especially one with a weight capacity above 250 lbs is hard to do and even harder to find one at a good price. I purchased cheaper first and it was not actually built for the weight. Ended up buying one of this chair and I'm very happy with the build quality, It's strong, stable, and comfortable. The PU Leather is soft, I can't speak to how long it'll last yet but it feels decently thick and not so stiff that it's likely to just start splitting early. The frame though is just awesome. I'm thinking it at the least will be around for a long time to come.

Bought this for my husband who is short (5'7) but with a really wide frame (+300lbs). This is his first Gaming chair and we are impressed. For him being this short, his height fits the chair. The bottom seat is nice and wide. The bottom cushion is a mix of soft and firm and hopefully this cushion holds up. Assembly is really easy and all parts came in really good condition. From early reviews of this chair people are saying that the lumbar pillow doesn't have any straps. Mine did and its a real nice touch because I can adjust the way I like it. Overall, the chair is really nice!

I tried this chair out at Staples first and loved it, but they didn’t have the colour I wanted. It is so comfortable to sit at all day for work. I was having terrible back and neck pain in my old chair and this one keeps me sitting properly - no more pain or problems! Assembly was easy…took about 20min. Excellent instructions-easy to follow. This chair is worth the $.

Best I could find, but not 100% for a chair snob. The short comings are easily dealt with or are tolerable. Heavy quality build and should last a long time. Box needs two people to lift easily, and put it together in the room its intended for, especially if you have stairs. Very adjustable with good position locking, the back tilt even has a safety lock (To fully release the back tilt after locking just unlock and then lean back to release the safety, you should hear a light "tink" of the lock releasing once you lean back enough. This safety keeps you from slapping your back when releasing the tilt lock) The arm rests are only lockable up and down, the forward, aft and twist movement is held by detents, which are good enough to keep it in place until you lean on them to get out of the chair, but is a minor issue. Padding is firm but comfortable (the back support on my model is even height adjustable with elastic straps to hold it in place). But the arm rests fall short for my comfort. They are very dense firm foam, which should last a long time but are uncomfortable past 20 min. I ordered cheep plush memory foam elastic cushion covers and now its like resting on air, it clashes with the design a little but its so much more comfortable and well worth it. All in all I would highly recommend it to anyone, but add the advice to buy arm cushion covers.

Great chair overall! Chair arrived in excellent condition and both appears to and feels that its materials are of good quality. As to assembly: requires an unexpected bit of strength to connect the back to the seat. It turned into a two-person job as the high back chair is awkward to hold in place whilst aligning the bolts and to maintain the correct amount of pressure needed to do so. Aligning the seat into the swivel post likewise also is really a two-person job as at this juncture the chair is quite awkward and somewhat heavy. The chair itself is a dream and very comfortable.
