How is this packaged for shipping? my last order arrived in a mailing envelope unrefrigerated and could not be consumed due to spoilage

How long will this last after opening if stored in the refrigerator?

No more than a week. Flavor determined by how long it was exposed to air.

Is this pasteurized? My pregnant wife is craving caviar but she can only eat it if it has been pasteurized. Thanks!
