I'm in the sun almost every day, so took them every day. Minus a few days here and there. They definately helped me get a darker tan, the darkest I have ever been in my life. It would also would keep me up every night as it does have a stimulant/alertness affect from the Tyrosine. May the difference of not having them to put on tan cream.
