However, I will never, ever order it again - it totally stained my teeth. Disgusting. It tastes horrible, leaves a disgusting coating in the mouth and on the tongue, and no, it doesn't seem to be much better using a straw or mixing it in juice. I do prefer to take vitamins in liquid form when possible, but not this stuff. I'd recommend Country Life B-complex, or Swanson's Activated B complex.
