Can these be used for sublimation & if so will they bleed thru?

Yes, these blank cards can be used for sublimation without bleeding through. There are several tutorial videos on "YouTube" of sublimating blank face cards.

How does the deck work?

Two answers here: if you’re talking about whether or not the air-cushioning is the same as a normal bicycle deck, then it works just as well. If you’re taking about how it works to use, then you’ll want to do research on card tricks involving blank cards. This Deck can be used a full deck of blank cards or it can be used only for a few blank cards to insert into a normal deck.
