The thumbstick caps swiveled on mine which meant trying to keep a good grip to do any kind of movement really awkward. the force of the telescopic spring while latched to a phone also causes the controller to arch back, which can make holding it slightly uncomfortable.The biggest problem is that the company has pretty much ghosted. Last I checked, no one's been able to get a hold of them via any means of communication. The app they recommend you download is out of date and useless, and lack of support means it'll never get updated.I highly recommend that anyone reading this get the  Bounabay telescopic controller  instead. I got it a few weeks ago. Worked out of the box, feels much sturdier, and works perfectly with the games I've played with it. The instructions are in chinese, but I was able to figure it out with google translate's camera function. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good controller with a few flaws *by W***O on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2017* The controller works great, but the analog sticks are not perfect. There's no comparison between the ones on this controller and on something like an xbox one controller. It gets the job done though. I wish they also let it expand just slightly more. I can fit my Nexus 6 in it, but it is a very tight fit, so there's no possible way to have a case on it or to use the plug in pieces for headphones/charging. ### ⭐⭐ Very Dissapointing *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2017* This product overall is very disappointing.
