Will this fit a Yamaha wolverine 850?

YES. There are bolts on the bed rail remove 4 of them set the rack on and reinsert the bolts . I also have an 850

Is mounting hardware included? Will it work on a CF Moto Uforce 600?

The lock and ride anchor kit is not included, all the parts to assemble the Koplin bed rack is. I don’t know the bed dimensions of the cf Moto force 600, therefore im not sure if it will fit.

Will this fit a can am defender?

Yes they have adjustable holes to size it.
