One Star would give 0 if I could- Completely Failed in an Emergency I bought this fire extinguisher for peace of mind and kept it in my kitchen cupboard in case of an emergency. Well, unfortunately, that emergency came last night when a utensils drawer caught fire. I thought, “That’s okay, I’ve got the extinguisher.” But when I opened the box and pulled it out, it wouldn’t work. The plastic safety pin was already snapped inside the pivot of the handle, making the extinguisher completely useless. I wasn’t the only one who tried it—my neighbour and family members all had a go, and it did absolutely nothing. I had no choice but to move the burning tray to the sink, and trying to put it out with water only made it worse. The fire ended up burning through all the pipes under the sink, and now I can’t use my washing machine, sink, or dishwasher. I am furious. If this extinguisher had worked as expected, I could’ve put out the fire right away with minimal damage. But instead, it failed at the one thing it was supposed to do—protect my home in an emergency. Do not trust this product. When it comes to safety, you expect reliability, not a dud that leaves you helpless in a dangerous situation.

I have never seen such useless and even dangerous crap. The first extinguisher arrived empty with a broken pin. In the second one, the plastic handle broke in my hands. Everything is made of cheap and fragile plastic not worth even a pound. In case of a fire, I wouldn't want to check whether this crap will work because it's a lottery.

This really annoyed me. I bought this for our kitchen just in case the worst was to happen and it’s a good job it didn’t because this would of been useless, had already been used, no pressure left, gauge was on 0 and white powder residue in the nozzle that had no safety attached and it was empty. They obviously have 0 quality control and just re-send out returns without checking them or even worse faulty items that are new.

I never leave reviews and If I could have sent it back for exchange I probably wouldn’t have bothered. I bought this a couple of months ago for a horsebox I was getting. Put it in said horsebox the other day now I’ve got it. And noticed the pressure gauge is on zero!!! I assume it’s either empty or no pressure so probably won’t work. Now it’s too late for me to do a return.

Product arrived with the trigger and broken peices of the safety pin floating round the box. Pressure gauge reads as being empty. Not what you expect from a so-called safety item. As it stands this is complety inoperable and will be going straight back. Not exactly confidence inspiring to say the least...

I've had this in the box since it arrived in September. I went to put it into a new car and upon opening the box, there was a fine white powder over the extinguisher and the pull pin and handle were seperate at the bottom of the box. Pressure gauge indicated there was no pressure in the extinguisher either. It's either been used and repackaged or its fallen apart and deployed during the delivery process somewhere. I note I'm not the first person this has happened to reading the reviews...🤔

Unbelievable poor quality. Quite a few people here conplain about receiving these fire extinguishers with pressure at 0. No wonder - everything is made of cheap plastic. How did this even get the safety certificates ? Well, probably good enough for the UK market... For this money you can get a decent product from another manufacturer. I regret wasting my money on this. Unfortunately I opened the box so I can not send it back for a refund !

I unfortunately cannot upload the pictures I took, however, this arrived faulty (as far as I'm concerned). 1. The pressure guage was in the Red (it was to the left of where the Green is & should be). 2. The pin was out and i found it broken into 2 inside of the packaging box. I should have followed my gut and brought it in a store.
