will these 6x9 models fit the 2000 Ram 1500 front doors?

I think they are too deep to fit behind door panels.

Would these fit the low-profile mount for the rear deck of a 1996 Camry 4-dr Sedan?

I don't know. They fit in my Daughter's 4 Door 2000 Honda Accord LX Sedan reusing the Stock Factory Grilles. The Grilles that come with these speakers are trash - I had one that was broken in shipping. Thankfully, we did not need the Grilles. A lot of people had received broken ones too in reviews. They are not very "attractive" either. The sound is ok but most "replacement" speakers sound better than paper ones especially if they are 20+ years old. If you can spend a few extra $$ you might better off with a nice speaker.
