Cheddar Wheel Five Pound

This is a very good cheddar. Thick layer of wax and cheese cloth. Better than store bought and probably safer.

This is the BEST! YUM! My family loves cheese biscuits. Hubby takes the cheese and cuts the round in quarters and seals it in the air sealer bags. Lasts a long time, not that it needs to around here. It is so good! I went to buy another one and see the price increase. I thought $61 was high but it is very good, so I paid it. $69 may have me thinking I need to find another cheddar cheese. $14 a pound now...I'll have to give this some thought. Now it is $75, Why does the price keep going up?

Fantastic cheese. It's ever so creamy. More mild taste but still flavorful. Note: I'm not a fan of sharp Cheddar unless it's melted.

It's a well dimensioned wheel of good cheddar but way more mild and soft than you might expect.

if you like cheddar cheese this is the product for you - sure it is 5 pounds but you can freeze some for later the taste is outstanding and if you bought the same product in a grocery store it would cost 3x as much wonderful product!!

This cheese is neither sharp nor bold. It is very ordinary and bland to the taste. Oh, and the Wisconsin made wooden box was not included. The seller issued a refund without my asking for one. I had not intended to ask for a refund as I gave the cheese to someone in need and they enjoyed it.
