I’ve been working remote the last 6 years and my old Logitech headset was falling apart so I decided to order this one. It works like a charm and is light weight. Just plug and use no need to download any drivers. I like that it’s just on one ear and I can let my free ear breathe and listen for any delivery packages. I highly recommend this product if you need clear sound and mic for your client meetings or zoom calls.

I love the sound quality, clarity, and comfort of this headset when using it for MS Teams meetings and internet phone calls for work. It’s lightweight, convenient and comfortable fit, wear versatility and mic quality makes this the perfect headset.

For how much you pay, it's absolutely fine. I was given this product for free to review. Additionally, I have some experience with audio equipment. The gain needs to be manually shifted to get good volume levels, but the gain is kept low for the noise. It's not insanely high noise, but it's defaulted to 80% gain, 100% will produce low/manageable 60hz hum, but if you're on a call or something with someone and they don't have a way of shifting the gain, you will need to turn yours up. Overall though, I would reccomend the product simply because it's easy to use, the mute features are nice to have a button since this is almost certainly good for a call center type environment. It's not to big, is adjustable for head size and works well for how much your paying.

This headset works exactly as advertised. I have no complaints, especially at such a low price point. Worked flawlessly with my work VOIP software on both Mac and PC right out of the box. Just plugged it in and it was immediately recognized by my computers. My only minor criticism is that getting the fit just right takes some time if your head is as cartoonishly large as mine...For all you lucky folks out there with normal sized heads, this will fit perfectly.

Super comfortable, not the best audio quality, but I'm pleased with the microphone. It's light enough where I can wear it while gaming for a few hours and it doesn't bother my ear. It's cheap and plenty useful, perfect!

I needed a head set for my work from home job and this is great. The set can be used on either ear and is comfortable to wear all day long. It does have a mute button on the headset but I never use it. I have a mute on my dialer and this is easier to use for muting for me. But if you need to mute the headset you can do so with the button that is on the cord that goes from the actual head set to the computer. This is a USB headset. The cord is not really long enough. I purchased an extension so I have plenty of room to move and it not jerk it off my ear. This does just cover one ear and has a soft covering that feels good against my ear. The mic can be raised or lowered. Sometimes I am in meetings and I don't need the mic down at my mouth. I would recommend this head set and would purchase again in the future if I needed a new one. I have been using this for about 6 months and not had any issues with it. You do need to be careful though, I did get the headset muted once by accident. So if the party can not hear you just check and make sure you did not accidentally mash the mute button on your head set. But over all this is a great headset.

Doesn’t last long

I was looking for a single year with microphone headset, I was surprised by the speaker and microphone quality so far. I think for the price it’s a great deal, I only wish it was a little more snug to my own head. But that’s my own opinion. Also, very easy to use.
