I have been using rare earth magnets until a month ago when I got this bracelet. I bought two of them because both hands are painful almost constantly. Using these is so much more effective than the magnets, and they are much more comfortable too. There are days now that I can say that my hands don't bother me at all; when using these. And that is something that has not happened to me in almost 20 years! I wear them all the time, and just take them off to hand wash them, and put them back on when they are dry. With magnets that is not possible because my nerves would get fatigued, and they would not be effective anymore. I also use the necklace and find that helps me with other pain as well.
