Customer service redemption?
After a month or so I was finally able to talk to someone at customer service. After some trouble shooting we found out the hard drive went bad. They promised to send a new one once they received the old one (@their expense). This took 2 months because of some error on their end. When I called again, they shipped out a new one with more memory. That arrived in a week. Overall, I think my bad experience may have been a fluke. I would give them a second chance. I purchased this in July for my son. At the end of August it quit booting up. He is unable to open windows. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times. Every time, there are at least 7-20 callers ahead of me. I left a voicemail and have never received a call back. I also sent a message through their customer service and still have heard nothing. The computer has not worked for 3 weeks now. I will probably have to take it to a local repair place to get something done.

Nice machine!
I really like it! Fast, compact, and does the job. Comes with mouse and keyboard that light up and rotate colors. My only issue is that the fans seem too loud. I downloaded a decibel meter on my phone and it averages around 60 dbs. Feels like I'm in a server room. Although there are no current issues I worry that it may overheat or fail later. I'm considering returning it....

DO NOT BUY THIS PREBUILT!
Do not WASTE your time on this PC. It is not good for it's value. There is other better prebuilts that give a much better and smoother gaming experience. The gaming capability is only good for low end games like Valorant and such, but higher range game it do not expect it to run 60+ FPS nicely. The noise is moderately loud for such a small PC. Build your own PC, I already have better specs around the same price of this slow gaming piece of work.

This Computer is Worth it.
This computer has helped me start my YouTube channel. This is also my first gaming pc, which is a steal for the high quality specs. I'm running with gear made two years ago for a cheaper price, and typically pre-builds are more expensive than individual parts. When you do the research on the individual parts, you'll see how this is a good computer for a great price!

Powerful lil machine
Very easy to set up I like the fact it has a glass window no more guessing if the fans are working or need cleaning. No more having to take half the case off to get to the inside . I am very happy with this .
