Be aware there's still about an inch of water left in the bottom of the upper unit. The bottom of the filter sticks up that high. **Q: What is the water filter’s height? Is it suitable for use in the kitchen?** A: Approx 20” high for the filter unit and with stand approx 26”. Water taste so much better, it is soft and doesn’t leave harsh feeling in your throat. One disadvantage it does takes some time to filter out the water, around 7 hours.
