I have taken chlorella and spirulina tablets/powder for many years, sometimes together or alternating the two. I wish I could say how they specifically have helped me but that would be embellishment. The reason I take chlorella is because of all the positive things I have read about it over the years. Sunfood has been around a long time and is supplement company I trust. If you’re going to take it in tablet form, these tablets are so small, with a smooth texture, that they are easy to swallow. So do your research. I think Sunfood would be a good choice.

Sunfood's Chlorella is 100% Vegan and raw. It's "broken cell" Chlorella which makes it's benefits accessible, therefore useable in the body. Some call this a "Superfood", being a blue-green algae, and packed with so many health-helpful benefit. Most good sources will not go on record in including Chlorella as a super-food, there's question as to how much good it does, where the Chlorella is harvested and contamination, and has not had the advantage of long-term studies to draw hard lines. I simply see from the research I've done, and selecting Sunfood's brand of chlorella, I'm getting a great source of "green", along with some very impressive health benefits. You should always research potential dietary supplements, as well as asking your Dr., or a nutritionist's opinion.

I chose 4 stars because you may get a good quality product that is good value for the cost. Or you may get a completely inferior product that is either totally oxidized or diluted with toasted rice. My first couple bags were good (bag marked as product of Taiwan). Bright green and smelled like nori (the wrap used to make sushi). My recent 2 bags from 2 different distributors (marked as product of China) are horrible. They are a light brown-green color that's inconsistent throughout the tablets. And they smell extremely stale, with a hint of stale toasted rice. I don't know if they are just highly oxidized, but I know why people have suggested that cheap chlorella is frequently mixed with toasted rice. The website says all of their chlorella is sourced from S. Korea. I've had bags from Taiwan and China. I don't know what to believe. I just know my latest 2 bags are intolerable. I've given it a try for over a month and I can't tolerate them any longer. I'm pitching what's left and switching brands. You might get lucky, you might not. Just scroll through the listing photos and avoid it if they say product of China. My good ones were from the distributor Luminize. I can't say where the fault lies, just that my results have been mixed.

I went to a health summit and they had these items there. These has Worked wonders for my body especially because I can't always get all my vegetables in every meal. They will keep you healthy and regular your body acidic. Very easy to swallow no smell and the taste is very little. Make sure you just wash your hands after because of the green 💚. Great value for the money.

The packaging is smaller than what I was expecting. I really don’t know what I was expecting though lol. The tablets are really easy to swallow or just chew if you don’t mind the flavor. Did it make a difference? I have no idea tbh but I do like snacking on them daily. I eat 8 at a time and give 1 to each of my dogs. They taste like what I imagine fish food tastes like—They literally taste like the smell of fish food if that makes sense lol. Kind of like dehydrated green peas. I like them a lot. I *think* I’ve going to the bathroom more regularly and have been having more ~effective~ bathroom trip.

Very good I give it to my kids and helped my son from throat infection by using it daily because it is anti inflamatory, I will never stop it will give them 3 months and one month rest then give them back
