Its prefect and got to me earlier then expected. Very sturdy and supports baby girl at 4 months old perfectly. The price is a little pricey but you can use this up to a yr old and on other babies you might have. The slick design helps with cleaning so much just a damp paper towel works wonders.

Second Update: My grandson is 3 1/2 months old and weighs 13.4 pounds (yeah, he's a big guy!). We were so excited to have this for him. However, even now it's a tight fit and there's no way he'll be comfortable in it as he grows. It never occurred to me that this would be too small, as it's described to be suitable for babies from 3-12 months. Not sure what I'm going to do with it. Maybe donate it to a daycare. This is an updated review. The original one is below. This company's customer service is truly amazing, especially considering the volume of online purchases made every day by millions of people. Within minutes of my request to return the seat, they offered me a discount on the tray-less seat (which adds up to exactly what it will cost to buy a separate tray), thus eliminating a trip to UPS. Very impressed! Original: SUPER disappointed! My 4-month-old grandson LOVES to be "in the mix" with everyone else and I know he'll love this. But I want the option of using a tray, since he'll be able to coordinate his arms and hands pretty soon. So, back it goes. :(

We brought this 10 years ago for our daughter and now we are using it for our 6 month old. It works great and it allows her to sit upright as she becomes more independent.

I like this product. My 4 month old sits comfortably in it and she enjoys her time in it as well. It was easy to assemble. It is nice and functional for the price point.

This seat is very tight fitting. My baby is averagely chunky and he screamed when I briefly tried to place him in it. The leg area is tiny and tight. The company shouldn’t be surprised that so many people try to return it (check out the many reviews from customers with similar experiences). I attempted to return it and they tried to shave 10% off if I kept it. When I said no thank you, I sent the item back, in mint condition. I was very careful when removing it from the box and I packaged the way it came. After they received it they turned around and informed me that there was a restocking fee and that they would be keep 50% of the return. This company is duplicitous and crooked. If I had known they wouldn’t accept a full return on an un-used / briefly lightly used item, I would have kept it. Instead they took $35 from me and then will go and sell the product again.
